Moritz has a Masters degree in Law from the University of Zurich, completed his studies in nutrition science from the Stanford University and graduated from Gordon Ramsay’s culinary academy with distinction.

Moritz is fluent in German, English and French and has intermediate skills in Spanish and Italian.
